Handcrafted from ethically-sourced buffalo horn the Kings Horn Tankard is highly polished both inside and out. Available in capacities between 500 - 1000ml, each tankard has a sturdy handle and flat weighted base, the exterior displays a rustic scored vertical pattern that meets at the carved belt at the centre. The Kings Horn Tankard is natural drinking utensil ideal for social gatherings and a relaxed drink after a hard day. Due to being a natural product, the tankards vary in shape and size, allow deviations of up to an inch each way. 

The word 'Viking' translated from its runic origins is a verb loosely translating as 'to travel abroad seeking adventure', the noun referring to the travelling explorer is 'Vikingr'. The source of the word 'Viking' is often debated, possibly relating to a bay named 'Vikin' where the first Viking raiders are purportedly said to have sailed from in Norway. Regardless, the word has been carried through the ages to mean a courageous adventurer and remains to this day.
